camp de preparation en Orissa

To prepare the tournamnet of Rugby Cite in marseille this November, the 12 boys of the squad went to Orissa in KISS, Kalinga institute of social Tribes, to prepare themselves phisicaly and technically to the rugby 7 games.

They were coached by Zaffar Khan, Sunny Singh and Pintu Roy, the coaches of Orissa ROSHAN XAXA et PRINCE gave a very good help and were present during all the time to make our stay a prefect moment, also we want to thanks RUDRA and Prasanta K Routray, the CO of KISS for every thing they did to make our stay an unforgettable moment.

KISS, Kalingha institute of Social science, is the biggest institute for tribal children in Asia, they work with a very unpriviledged part of the Indian society and do a commendable work, by giving eductation and sport activity to 7000 boys and girls. they are going to open the first rugby accademy in India and are a part of JUNGLE CROWS familly.

Les cuisines de KISS, this is the chauldron for the firny, a special dishe of Orissa served for the pujas, there are 8 chauldrons like this which cook all the day , 7000 meals 3 times a day, 4 hours of service for each meals, it is almost a small city. the organisation of KISS is impressive.

english class, to be selected the boys have to commit to work hard in study, pass their exam and improve in spoken english, they had to prepare their exam when it was too hot to train

a small video on U tube. to conclude the camp, three games were organised with the teams of Orissa, on the honnor field of Kiss, all the chidlren coming tio give support to both team, in the real spirit of rugby, each takle provoked a lot of laugh from the children seing the match, there were more than 2000 spectators an indescriptible ambiance!!!

the pirat ants draw their two first match and lost the last one, but it shows to the boys were are their weakness and were to work, the matches were of very good level and spirit.

the dress uniforms, blue and pink, make it look a little like stade francais's tribune at its best moments, it was good sign for us to play surronded by the colors of our sponsor.
